We are in the final stages of integrating our systems to fully transition your products and services to SchoolsFirst FCU. A couple of helpful tips are below. 

Activate your SchoolsFirst FCU Debit/ ATM card

Please activate your Debit/ATM card today. You can activate your card at any financial institution’s ATM, by calling 800.299.9677 or in Online or Mobile Banking. Your PIN remained the same.  

If you use your debit card to make automatic payments, be sure to update your new card information with each merchant. You may notice some payments update automatically.

Register for SchoolsFirst FCU’s Online and Mobile Banking

Instructions on how to register for Online and Mobile Banking are on this site, or visit schoolsfirstfcu.org/newdigital to register.  After your register, you’ll see your accounts.  If you have a credit card or mortgage, you will not see these accounts until Nov. 7 and 10, respectively. You will also have access to two years of past statements. Once you register for Online Bill Pay, you will see your payees too.

How to find your Member Number 

You should have received your personalized Member Guide by email (please search all your email folders) or in the mail. Your SchoolsFirst FCU Member number is included in the section titled, Your Membership at a Glance.

Activate your SchoolsFirst FCU credit card on or after Nov. 7

Please keep using your Schools Financial credit card through Nov. 6.  You can activate your new credit card on Nov. 7 by calling 866.955.1347, or in Online or Mobile Banking.  

Once you activate your card, you will see your account in Online and Mobile Banking, along with all related history associated with your Visa credit card.
